Rice Workshop

We offer visitors to our country the ability to better understand the basis and culinary products used in the kitchen delta.

In this demonstration we will do our main course, the joy of using Delta. Rice then be the star of the day, accompanied by local products such as fish, seafood, duck or eel.

First we buy the products necessary for the realization of rice. Our guide will advise what is best for each type of dish once made purchases, we will go to the restaurant where the owner will explain the secret to making a good rice with all the condiments. Finally go into the kitchen to watch clear how the cooking process.

Once done you a small taste the rice to learn how to run, all accompanied by glass of wine (Terra Alta).
